Shipping policy
Delivery times
The total delivery time is the sum of the preparation time of your order and the time required for transport, plus the time required for manufacturing for personalized items
Delivery time = order preparation + (manufacturing if personalized item) + transport
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but we do not have a magic wand or teleportation.
Order shipment
- Non-personalized items: Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation and receipt of your payment. The number of items available in stock is clearly indicated in the product sheet of each item. Some items being restocked can nevertheless be ordered. The waiting time is then indicated. Your order will be shipped as soon as the item is available.
- Personalized items : You must add the time required for manufacturing, indicated in each product sheet. This time is indicative; we cannot absolutely guarantee the shipping date. Your order will be shipped as soon as manufacturing is finished.
You will receive an email notifying the shipment.
Shipping fees
The shipping cost is updated according to the option you choose before finalizing your order.
Transport times and tracking
The transport time depends on the destination and the mode of transport you choose when confirming your order; it is indicated at the time of choice.
Loss during transport
If you choose a delivery option with a tracking number, in the rare cases where the package is lost or damaged during transport, the ordered item(s) will be sent to you again or refunded.
If you choose ordinary shipping without a tracking number, shipping is at your own risk; in case of non-receipt of the package or letter, we do not accept claims.
